On the start of the Aviasales branding update in 2020, we decided to organize a hackathon within the design team to create a new identity and updated logo concept. Below is my variation.
The updated sign is centered for better visual weight distribution. Little glare (small star like icon) has changed its placement and form factor and gives a bit dynamic for a new logo. We have simplified the logo. It remains to recreate a visual system that will complement the idea of simplification. Now simple illuminator form gives to all branding new visual language based on idea of "focus" on search.
At the same time, through such a transmission, you can see the monolithic forms of the logo. Centralized compositions with little dynamics work better.
We created a set of 3D icons for digital advertising cases and various communications. Each such illustration was designed by 3d artist Vitaly Sacred from Aviasales Design Team.
